Aztec Ceremonies
The Aztecs looked to religion or symbolism for almost everything. Every single month they would have one or more major ceremonies worshiping a god. People would dress up in there finest clothing and often danced.
The priests would take on most of the religious acts such as a human sacrifice. Human sacrifice was a big part of their culture because there gods created the world with their blood and even humans was made with a sacrifice of a gods blood. So to worship the gods they would sacrifice their own blood to the gods.
